Accepting Our Proposal
After we visit your home or project address, it will normally take us from 1 to 3 days to prepare and send you a proposal. Proposals are mailed, e-mailed, or faxed. We do not leave estimates at your door.
If you have any questions after receiving our proposal, call or e-mail us and we will address your concerns.
To accept our proposal, simply sign the acceptance at the bottom of the proposal and mail, fax, or e-mail the proposal back to us. (Please be sure to check any optional items that you desire.)
Please call us so that we can schedule your job as quickly as possible.
Once you have accepted our proposal, the price does not change unless you request that more or less work be performed. We do not have any hidden charges. Unless stated in the proposal, all prices quoted include materials, labor, tax, and permits. Please read the proposal carefully.
If we are unable to maintain our schedule after setting a date for the installation, we will notify you as soon as possible. Normally our schedule deviates only when weather causes delays on other projects.
You do not have to be present when the system is being installed; however, we normally need access to your garage to install the sprinkler controller no later than noon on the day of installation. If you will not be present during the installation, we can make arrangements to obtain a garage door opener or you can leave your garage door unlocked on the day of installation.
When we have completed the installation, we will clean the construction area, lock your garage and remove spoils (rocks, etc.) from your yard.
Normally, one or two days after completion, we will contact you to set a time to meet, teach you about the system and provide your warranty and other documentation.
An inspection of the irrigation system may be required by your water provider. We will notify you of any required inspection. Normally, the cost of the inspection is included in the proposal.
Unless otherwise stated in the proposal, payment is due at the time of demonstration.
WIFI controller upgrade process (if selected)
The crew will install a standard controller during the initial installation. After the zone data is calculated the WIFI panel will be pre-programmed at our office and installed on your new system during the final system demonstration.
